Stunning ocean views from the balcony and spacious rooms made our stay enjoyable. The elevator wait times were frustrating. Lots of family activities like karaoke and a game room kept everyone entertained.

The location is fantastic, with a balcony offering stunning views. Parking was affordable, and the staff remained cheerful and accommodating. the room itself was a letdown—dated and a bit musty, with a lingering odor that made it tough to breathe. The hallway smelled fresher than the suite, and some areas felt unkept. While the size was generous, I expected more cleanliness, especially for the price. A bit of a mixed bag, but the view kept it from being a total loss. Would I return? Perhaps, with some improvements in mind.

Stunning ocean view, especially at sunrise. The studio was clean, comfortable, and the kitchenette was a bonus. Staff were generally polite and professional. Indoor pool was warm—a welcome surprise in winter. the check-in process was excessively long. The first room was inadequate, leading to an upgrade with an outdated look. There were cleanliness issues, including an old washcloth left behind and chips in the fridge. the bathroom lacked proper lighting and had hot water control problems. While there are positives, significant improvements in housekeeping and management responsiveness are essential. This experience had highs and lows, and while it has potential, it fell short in several areas.

The hotel is perfectly positioned, with charming spots such as the Absecon Lighthouse just about 500 meters away and the Atlantic City Aquarium a pleasant 1.2 km stroll, allowing for enjoyable walks to visit landmarks and soak in the local vibe, while the comfortable amenities, including a refreshing pool and welcoming restaurant, made my stay quite pleasant; however, the hotel could benefit from some updates and better maintenance.

The ocean view from my balcony was absolutely stunning! 🌊 I loved splashing around in the heated pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi. 🎉 The arcade kept the fun going—24 hours of entertainment on demand!

I couldn’t believe how long check-in took—it felt like an eternity! The staff was so disorganized, and I got completely ignored. I even had to chase down extra sheets that never came. Total chaos. Never again!

I adore the massive balcony with an ocean view. The dining experience at the Blue Water Grille is fantastic, and the location is a winner for relaxing vibes.

The staff were super nice and helped set up for a romantic evening. We enjoyed wine hour by the rooftop with stunning views.

The room was clean with a phenomenal view, which my family loved. The bathroom was a nice size, but the tub was clogged, so showering was uncomfortable. The furniture appeared outdated, and the bed was quite hard, leading to back pain. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. Noise levels were decent, but the strong smell of smoke from neighboring rooms was bothersome. Pools were well-maintained, and the friendly staff contributed positively—except for the grill restaurant. Quick access to nearby attractions was a plus, but the non-smoking policy seemed lax, impacting our experience.

The views were stunning! I even had the entire condo to myself to enjoy the beach scenery. I had a blast trying my luck at the slots with the complimentary casino shuttle.
I just loved having to follow a long to-do list at checkout, almost like my own personal chore time.

Great location, away from the busy parts of Atlantic City. Room was clean and spacious with 2 double beds. We had a kitchen area and an amazing view from the 30th floor. Pool and fitness centre were easy to access. Also liked the not crowded beach close by. Staff was friendly, except one supervisor.

I had a fantastic experience at Boardwalk Resorts - Flagship. The views from my corner room were breathtaking, and having a balcony was a rare treat. The mini kitchen was well-equipped, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. For the price, it truly exceeded my expectations.

I was pleased to find that our room was spacious and clean, with a decent view of the bay. The indoor pool was a nice touch and provided a relaxing way to unwind. The staff at the main lobby were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. there were some areas that could use improvement. The beds were disappointingly hard, causing discomfort and even aggravating my sciatic nerve. the room itself felt a bit dingy, with visible blood smears on the walls and cigarette burns in the rug. The lack of proper lighting in the bathroom was also a downside. the location of the Flagship was great, offering a magnificent view of the sea from our balcony. But the long walk to the casino and limited dining options nearby were a downside for us.

The view from my room overlooking the water was seriously awesome. Very few hotels in the area even have a balcony. The room had a full mini kitchen and all the dishes needed to feed plenty of people. The location was also great, close to facilities and with activities for children nearby.
The cleanliness was lacking, with no room cleaning services provided. You had to take out your own garbage and rely on staff for essential items like fresh sheets and garbage bags.

the suite was spacious, clean, and convenient. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. the valet service was quick and the location was beautiful and close to everything. we also appreciated the helpful concierge who provided us with menus and directions to nearby places, making our experience even better.

Had a blast with my friends hitting up Absecon Lighthouse and Show Boat Casino nearby! Game room at the hotel had billiards and video games for extra fun. Better party vibes would've made it epic!

Clean, spacious rooms with kitchenettes, balcony with amazing views, "fun zone" with gaming consoles and on-site crafts, convenient parking garage, shuttle service to main hotels and grocery store.
Felt so taken care of, nothing too much trouble.

The kids loved the game room, where they could enjoy billiards, basketball, and video games while we relaxed. It was a great spot to unwind after a fun day at the beach.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities on-site.

The view from our room at Boardwalk Resorts - Flagship was breathtaking. Our stay at Boardwalk Resorts offered a pleasant home away from home experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The spacious and clean rooms, equipped with a kitchen and two bathrooms, were a big plus. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. The hotel's location at the quieter end of the boardwalk added to the relaxing atmosphere. The friendly staff was also helpful in providing recommendations for activities and attractions in the area.
The hotel could benefit from better maintenance and attention to detail. We had some issues with the heating system, having to constantly turn it on and off to get hot air.
